Description

Maven 2.0.5 depends on plexus-utils:1.1 (cf. %M2_HOME%\core) while the last version of plexus-utils is 1.4 (cf. http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/codehaus/plexus/plexus-utils/).

It would be nice to upgrade the dependency on plexus-utils to a more recent version.

fixing this issue would probably fix MJAR-1 as well as MWEBSTART-1. Crossing fingers
