If deploy with uniqueVersion=false (only generate file ended SNAPSHOT), this is not downloaded

Description

If I specify <uniqueVersion>false</uniqueVersion> in the pom.
The generated file is only one ended with -SNAPSHOT (no problem is cool).
But it's not downloaded by a client.
