ability to categorise guides in the maven site

We can either physically categorize them or what might be more flexible is just put a comment like:

~~ category: foo

At the top of the guide and that can be used for making the TOC which can be broken out into a category. Might be easier transitioning that when we have the APT-based wiki!

Subsections in http://maven.apache.org/guides/index.html would be really usefull.
for example: core (...), site (apt + site + modello + ...), dependencies (sun + dependencies), ...
Human minds can't read a list longer then 7 or 9 elements.

Not an automated categorization, but an attempt at categorizing the documentation to increase readability.
