mavencall file different on Windows platform because "m2" is written as "m2.bat"

Description

The reference file for mavencall for all the test projects contains "m2".

A litteral diff of the generated mavencall file on Windows will fail, since it contains "m2.bat"

though it is correct.

This is not a bug but a feature as on windows, the executable is m2.bat and not m2.

So, the tests on Windows will always fail !

I understand it is a feature to generate the output file on windows with m2.bat in it (which is correct).

But when I run the tests of the netbeans plugin, the test fail, since the reference files are the ones from unix.

I guess one could make the FileCompare smart enough to ignore the ".bat" extension or to see
if it ran on Windows that a compare to "m2" should be interpreted as a compare to "m2.bat".

To reiterate, the code of the netbeans plugin is correct (also for windows), but the test against
the reference file fails on windows.
