Description

we would need a pom configuration for
1. module type (eager/autoload/..)
2. license handling

How to do proper implementation dependency handling? when dependencies cannot be annotated in any way..

done, all properties of the descriptor are now part of plugin mojos' parameters.

still need to update archetypes.

Consider getting rid of <type>impl</type> and indeed <dependencies> altogether; the plugin ought to be able to figure out for itself when a dependency exposes no public packages (or only to friends of which the developed module is not a member) and switch to an implementation dependency automatically.
