Make jtb mojo respect parser package when storing annotated grammar file

Currently, the jtb mojos always stores annotated grammar files directly in the root of its ouput directory. For a source organization like

jtb/
  parser1/
    Parser.jtb
  parser2/
    Parser.jtb

this leads to a clash of the two output files.
