Minglyn "forgets" query URLs

I just built and installed Minglyn, and I'm impressed with the level of integration between Mylyn and Mingle that it provides. However, there's a bug that makes it almost unusable.

I set up several of my Mingle tabs as Mylyn queries by copying and pasting the URL from my Web browser. The queries behave as expected—as long as I don't quit Eclipse. When I quit and restart Eclipse, although the queries are still there, their URLs have been reset to the /cards/list? default, which means that on the first synchronize operation, they simply retrieve all the cards.

In other words, my Minglyn queries have no persistence. Help?
