Description

Change the Smooks dependencies to provided instead of compile.
Add a features.xml that can be used with Apache Karaf to install the Smooks bundle by using this file.

Revisit OSGI interaction for Smooks.

Fixed in https://github.com/smooks/smooks/pull/40 or https://github.com/smooks/smooks/pull/41. Feel free to chose which one you prefer;

Please dont forget to update the target version of this issue to 1.4.x

Pushed upstream to v1.4.x branch. 1.4.1 artifacts have been built and deployed to maven repos.
