Generate project files, which have the information that it is a maven project.

Currently I have to click on 'reimport maven project'. While I do many clean checkouts this is cumbersome and sometimes I forget it and wonder why nothing works.

This is not a major issue, but should be included when idea-plugin is touched next time.
