Maven 2.x Fitnesse Plugin

Sometime with fitnesse 20060719, the plugin stay blocked expecting a response from the FitNesse server.

Description

We using the plugin with this specific FitNesse version, the plugin succed in downloading the classpath from FitNesse but it can't receive any page content from the server.
It wait for an inexistant response from the server. There isn't any timeout mecanism, so it can be blocked for days.

The only workaround know at this time is to use the 20050731 FitNesse version, the page syntax is compatible between these versions.

We use it with fitNesse 20060719. It works most of the time. But sometime it stay blocked awaiting for the page content.
I don't test other recent version (the case was open at the beginning of 2007). But I'm interesting to know if it appends with other recent version.
At this time I'm migrating to the 2008 version (code has changed): MFITNESSE-30
