"To Do" tracker in Netbeans shows Project Root when selecting a Maven project

Description

In Netbeans it is hard to select a specific project in the To Do folder listing because it shows "Project Root" as the name of the project.

fixed in 2.4 and 3.0.x (6.0 compatible branch)

for some reason the todo window uses a non standard way of displaying project root folder.
