pom.xml files are missing for acegi-security-1.0.0-RC2

I created my own files from Acegi security's subversion repository, I'll upload them ASAP.

The official acegi-security-1.0.0-RC2 release uses spring-2.0-m2 (from Acegi Security Subversion repository), which are also missing....

Here are the pom.xml files I have created.

They were made from Acegi Security's Subversion repository on Sourceforge.

They depend upon spring-2.0-m2, which pom.xml files are also missing, but for which I have provided a similar solution (see MEV-339).
