Meta++

Meta++ is a library for loading metadata about a Java class, field, method, or parameter that is not normally available at runtime using reflection. Instead, the metadata is accessed by using the original source code that is made available on the classpath. The additional metadata includes member documentation (JavaDocs) and parameter names.
