[#MECLIPSE-259] transitiv dependency version set to incorrect version 2.4.1 - jira.codehaus.org

even with simple poms the version number of transitive dependencies are switched to the invarian version number 2.4.1
Example:

dependency to spring org.springframework:spring-beans:jar:2.0.4

yields error:

Path to depencency:
1) de.oc:oc-spring:jar:0.0.1
2) org.springframework:spring-beans:jar:2.0.4
3) org.springframework:spring-core:jar:2.4.1

This issue duplicates:
MNG-2653	using ${version} for subproject dependencies doesn't work (maven uses 2.4.1 version instead)
