Description

On the execute of the Deploy mojo, attached artifacts that specify an ArtifactRepository via Artifact::getRepository() will be used for the deployment of that artifact.

Updated patch so that altDeploymentRepository can override any artifact ArtifactRepository information.

MNG-3151 is won't fix so no point in fixing an issue when there is no support for the use case that it depends on
