deploy:deploy-file does not work with encrypted passwords when deploying to a Nexus repository

Description

When I use an encrypted password in my settings.xml that deploy-file fails with error code 401 when I deploy to a Nexus repository (Nexus 1.8.0). If I put the plain text password in my settings.xml file then it works fine.
