Add skip parameter to copy-dependencies goal

Description

Copy goal have this parameter but copy-dependencies misses it. I need it now, please add it.
Also unpack and unpack-dependencies goal have the same issue (and maybe other goals too).
In general it may be usefull to have this parameter in every goal.
