Here is a diff with

  • maven-plugins upgrade to 16
  • plexus-archiver upgrades to 1.0-alpha-12
  • plexus-io upgrades to 1.0-alpha-5.
    Without, this lots of test fails due to plexus-archver upgrade
  • add missing dependencies reported by dependency:analyze

Successfully built and passed all tests include IT with

  • maven-2.0.10 with java 4
  • maven-2.2.1 with java 6
  • maven-4.0-alpha-5 with java 6

A second view will be helpful, otherwise I will commit it
