      Description

      Teaching the report another language.

BTW, the key "report.changes.error" seems to be unused and could be deleted. The key "report.changes.warn.url" seems to be used only for a log statement... Unless you intend to consistently use i18n for log message, this key should be deleted as well.

Could you provide it with unicode escapes? Thanks!

I've fixed the two issues that you pointed out Benjamin.

Would you mind creating a new patch that includes the new keys that were added to the JIRA report in MCHANGES-92. My technical German is not good enough

Updated patch to localize new keys.

BTW, if there are any other German translations for plugins missing, just let me know.
