Ability to specify the mail sender explicitely

Currently, the changes take the sender from the developers list and even if the developer can now be explicitly specified, this is still a problem if you want to use another sender. You usually end up adding this fake sender in the developer list which corrupts the metadata.

It would be better if the mail sender could be specified explicitly in the plugin's configuraiton.
