wrong sorting order in jira report

Description

From the documentation: 'Fix Version DESC, Type sorts first by the Fix Version in descending order and then by Type in ascending order'. The actual result is however the other way round: the sorting by type is done first.

Maybe this depends on the JIRA version. There is a comment in the sorting routine in AbstractJiraDownloader that says:

// N.B. Add in reverse order (it's the way JIRA likes it!!)

Has the behavior changed in a certain JIRA version?

Using version 2.3 of this plugin to connect to ASF JIRA, which is running JIRA 3.13.5, works as documented.

Using version 2.3 of this plugin to connect to Codehaus JIRA, which is running JIRA 4.1.2, doesn't work as documented. The order of the sort fields is reversed.

My guess is that this changes first occurred in JIRA 4. The version of JIRA is printed in the downloaded jira-results.xml file. I'll have a go at trying to extract it...

I managed to add some code to extract the JIRA version from the downloaded xml file. Unfortunately the sorting parameters are passed on the URL when the xml file is downloaded. So we have a chicken and egg problem. We could do an extra connection to JIRA just to learn which version it is. Then do the normal query.

Anyway, I'll commit the code to extract the version info and log that at info level. It will be useful for debugging purposes.
