Description

If we know who the developer is we can create a link in the same fashion as we do for the Developer Activity report.

  • Minor - Minor loss of function, or other problem where easy workaround is present.
  • Closed - The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are not closed can be reopened.

related in as much as it is to do with printing developers names, that and the fact that it was much easier to do the patch for MCHANGELOG-69 and MCHANGELOG-73 at the same time

Patch against trunk, 560535. It's combined with the MCHANGELOG-69 as it was almost illogical not to do so (sorry if this is a pain).
A combined patch for all enhancements listed in MCHANGELOG-69 to MCHANGELO-73 will also be provided for ease of application.
