Description

For a schema directory containing a folder hierarchy of XSDs the plugin happily processes all XSDs within the sub-folders.
IMHO this behaviour should be disabled by default because without http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCASTOR-23 it breaks stale XSD detection.

The attached patch includes http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCASTOR-23 as well.
