Is it ok to sync from SF?
please check components\maven-meeper\src\bin\m2-sync\displaytag-m2-sync.sh

Also does spring-sandbox-1.2.6.jar need to be uploaded ?

Sync from SF would be great, displaytag-m2-sync.sh looks ok.

About spring-sandbox-1.2.6.jar: this is a test-only dependency for the displaytag-portlet module, it will not be needed by users. The 1.2.6 jar has been put together by a contributor but it seems that spring-sandbox never had an official release, so I don't think this should land in the ibiblio repo... just sync the displaytag dir as it's done now in the script.
