The 2.1 version in central is bogus.

The bundle jar above creates a 2.1-1 version that provides a correct jar.

you have to remove repositories section
are all dependencies already in central?

Uploaded a new version with stuff fixed.

Had to change to geronimo-specs version of jsr181 as I didn't want to try and figure out if BEA's license allows an upload or not.

That said, the requirement is bogus as there are a LOT of artifacts synced to central that rely on stuff outside of central and thus have the repository entries. (tons of stuff that rely on incubator artifacts for example)

please have say something about this special version 2.1.1 in the pom. Other wise, use will keep asking why.
