Manually library uploading function

In many case, I can find the library from the global maven repository (www.ibiblio.org/maven). but sometimes I can't find some library in it.

Because of that reason, I manually download the required library from the site and copy the private maven repository.(make group id and artifact id and so on..)

This kind of things make me bothering.

Maven proxy provide making local maven repository and some management feature(find library ...).

Additionally, I wish that maven proxy provide the library uploading feature.

<Example scenario>
1. In web ui, make group Id
2. make artifact id
3. upload library through the web
4. maven proxy system generates md5 checksum and add the library to local maven repository.
