Description

submitting this to attach two patches:

1) documentation update promised several weeks ago (getting married held that up a bit

2) patch to bootstrap task to make downloading artifacts easier. I was getting a lot of socket exceptions, so I put in 3 retries, and log which jar it is trying to get.
