      Description

      Both of the following (identical) ant tags just echo to the console:

      <style in="$

      {maven.test.reportsDirectory}/TESTS-TestSuites.xml" out="${maven.docs.dest}/junit-report-mail.html" style="${plugin.dir}/overview-summary.xsl" processor="trax" />

      <xslt in="${maven.test.reportsDirectory}

      /TESTS-TestSuites.xml" out="$

      {maven.docs.dest}

      /junit-report-mail.html" style="$

      {plugin.dir}

      /overview-summary.xsl" processor="trax" />

      This occurs if it is maven.xml, or plugin.jelly for a plugin.

      The workaround is:
      <taskdef name="style" classname="org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.XSLTProcess" />

          Are you sure you have xalan etc in the dependencies?

          I have Xalan 2.3.1 in the deps. Whats the "etc" - I might have missed something.
          Adding the taskdef fixed it, but I'll try again without it, run -X and check maven.log to see if there's any ClassDef errors.

          actually, that doesn't make any difference. The same happends with or without Xalan in the deps (although I think I have a plugin with it in the deps so that may be misleading).

          Anyway, it is printing out the <style> task. Now the weird thing - if I include the taskdef it works: even if the taskdef is commented out!
          Maybe that is a jelly processing problem actually.

          I haven't had a chance to test against a recent -beta-8 as it isn't compiling at the moment.

          I can confirm this is now fixed (beta-9), although the other issues exist that I have raised in another bug.

          I don't have the power to close the bug - can someone else close 187?

          Apparently this now works in b10-dev according to the original submitter (Brett Porter).
