Description

For new releases change the default repository to http://repo1.maven.org/maven/ instead of http://www.ibiblio.org/maven

The code is updated.
We have to update the doc, but we could certainly merge it with the doc for maven 2.

Just committed doc changes - only changed occurrences of "http://www.ibiblio.org/maven" to "http://repo1.maven.org/maven/".

Do you want more than the URL to change? Do you want all references to the word "ibiblio" changed?

I changed all occurrences of the old URL to the new URL, but did not remove the word Ibiblio or change it to something else in text. That seemed out of scope.

Yes I think that we have to rewrite a little bit documentations to talk about the central repository instead of ibiblio.
