HTTPClient 3.0 is a little bit faster than the 2.0.2
We found this in this issue : MPLINKCHECK-24
We need to upgrade it in the core and in all the plugins bundled in the maven distribution.
But we musn't use in plugins new features coming in the 3.0 to keep the compatibility with maven 1.0.X.
