Description

document the existence of plugin dependencies, how they work, and any known issues. This is an often needed, little known feature.

Also, might be worth discussing plugin:install-now for use in multiproject.

I just gave it a try for the maven-eve-plugin in the directory project and it worked like a champion. No need to install any plugin and muck up a users configuration - I confirmed it does not effect other projects after being used for the dependent project.

Way to go with the just in time features Brett!
