document standardised Sun JAR names and situation

Description

As long as we are still stuck with not being able to distribute Sun JARs or have replacements, there should be a short FAQ that says why this is and document conventions for the group/artifactId so that it is consistent across projects. eg javamail:mail for the complete mail.jar
