Bootstrapping Maven fails if an XML pull parser cannot be found.
After I've added xpp3-1.1.3.4d_b4.jar to the lib directory of Ant I still get an error message, because the constructor used in PluginCacheManager.java (line 251) does not exist in class PluginScriptParser.
