incorporate book into docs

Description

currently the docbook book is floating in the root directory, and not generated into html or incorporated into the site.

It should be incorporated and generated, or converted to apt or similar

Taken a look into the book.xml file...this looks very out of date. So i would suggest to simply remove that file.
