Description
Currently one can set the number of resolutions in the config.xml and in the baselayer of OwsContext. If they are different weird things may happen. So far I've only seen that features where not drawn. To change this behavior some big changes need to be done. Since we're going to overhaul the baselayer handling after the 1.5 release I'd like to do that then as well.
