Description

Remove all unneeded xdoc documentation as the site is now moved to Confluenza. At the same time, update the site deployment so it uploads the maven site to a directory including version number. This way we can preserve history of all maven reports on the site. We can link the directory, or individual reports form the wiki site.

Old Maven site removed. Maven generated reports will now be uploaded to LOOM_HOME/public_html/releases/RELEASE_VERSION.
