Description

JtestR 0.3.1 should have 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 of JRuby, instead of an old one. The current version of JRuby fixes many nasty problems and it needs to be updated.

Version on trunk is now r7479, which is probably quite close to JRuby 1.1.4.
