Description

String#unpack has not been updated for Ruby 1.9 encoding support yet. Look for tests in test/externals/ruby1.9/ruby/test_string.rb.

Very old, and according to our excludes from MRI 1.9's tests, we are not excluding pack tests from the given file. Calling it resolved.
