Upgrade to derby 10.4.2.0 to allow unique constraints with nullable columns

Description

Derby version 10.4.2.0 is stable and adds several improvements. Please update the gem.

Especially useful is the ability to create unique constraints including columns that can contain NULL values.

An added bonus would be to include the derbytools.jar and a shell script to start the ij command line tool. I have attached an example of such a script to this issue.

Updated derby in commit a54ba3f. I did not add the tools jar or a shell script. That is a great idea, but it involves setting up the gem to install the script and my focus has been on fixing problems over new features. If you do the leg work I will definitely apply it though.
