Description

JUnit 4.5 will have a new API for defining test runners. JMock's test runner must be migrated to this new API.

Already implemented in the jmock2-junit4.5 branch using a snapshot of JUnit 4.5. It needs to be merged back into trunk when JUnit 4.5 is released.
