allow jetty to run in an integration mode

Description

Maven users would like an integration mode for the jetty plugin so that they can start and stop jetty through the jetty plugin without blocking as is the current behavior

Thanks for reminding us about this! I've updated the wiki page (nothing deteriorates faster than documentation!).
I also fixed the http://jetty.mortbay.org/jetty-6/maven-plugin/run-mojo.html page too.
