Fixes made to jetty-ant module so that:

  • jsps work
  • loginServices work
  • example build.xml file checked into src/test/config/build.xml

Updated the doc on the eclipse wiki for this: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Jetty/Howto/Use_Jetty_with_Ant.

Also added bugzilla for Shirley to check over the doc: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=361887

I've tested that the mods to jetty-ant at least work with the test-jetty-webapp. I've checked in a new file in src/test/config/build.xml that is an ant build file that will work with the test-jetty-webapp, and gives instructions on how to set up a suitable project.

I'm done with this for now, but I do think we need to do a re-visit of this module and do some refactoring if it is going to be kept/moved to Eclipse.
