Description

Off the back of my report in JETTY-1270 I now have a skeleton reproducing test case which sometimes fails / sometimes doesn't. Please see https://github.com/btab/Jetty-Websocket-Tester for the test project and notes (including screenshot).

Can we close this issue, as websockets have had quite a bit of work up to the latest release, which is 7.5.4.

Hi Jan,

I've overhauled the test-case so it uses the latest Scala, SBT and Jetty. The problem still persists, sadly.

No issues with Jetty 7.5.4 and the Jetty-Websocket-Tester here. (see attached image)

Is it of interest here that all of your responses come from the same thread each time? Mine (as per the screenshot in the github product) never seem to.

Yep - looks good. 7.6.0 RC4 no longer gives rise to a failing test with https://github.com/btab/Jetty-Websocket-Tester
