Jettison source files with "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil" in license header

The Jettison source files in the package org.codehaus.jettison.json contain a license header that includes the phrase "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil", this is causing me problems with lawyers who don't like that phrase.

Those files originally come from json.org, the license header issue has been raised with them before (for Apache Apdera) and they provided a version of the files without that phrase and using an Apache License.
