JCSP

The GPars project (http://gpars.codehaus.org/) is adding CSP (Communicating Sequential Processes) to the toolkits of parallelism feature supported. To do this the Groovy Parallel work of Jon Kerridge (Napier University) is being integrated. This requires the JCSP project to have a presence in the Maven repository since Groovy Parallel is a Groovy DSL over JCSP. Although the GPars team includes people who are committers on the JCSP project, and it is the intention of the GPars team to contribute to the JCSP project, there are issues getting activity on the Subversion repository at Kent. The intention behind this request for a project is to create a friendly fork of the JCSP project at Kent solely for the purpose of a) providing an infrastructure to allow the GPars team to provide contributions back to the JCSP project at Kent; and b) provide a route to create a JCSP artefact. There are clearly other routes to achieving the goal, but given relationship with the GPars project and the Groovy project, it seems easiest to create a Codehaus project. Hence this request.
