If a user wants to run through all scenarios/stories and generate a collective view of failure/pending/success the runner needs to be configured to ignore failure.

The report rendering should be failure aware so that after rendering the build can fail if any failures occurred.

The Ant and Maven entry points should also allow to skip the rendering via a configurable flag.
