Description

I've pinged James Pereira to get his permission for the MatrixConcat license change. If we don't receive that, we should remove this class before 1.1.

I have not received any response so I'm going to take out this class. It's not really documented, and I'm not sure if anyone's using it. If anyone can explain what it does, we can always reimplement it from scratch if we have to.
