When using the TreePacksPanel instead of the PacksPanel, the summary panel shows fully cqualified classname of the TreePacksPanel instead of proper language dependend description. The iso3_xml file are missing the resources for TreePacksPanel and ImgPacksPanel.

Updated all langpacks which already contain a translation for the summaryCaption of selected packages:

deu.xml, ell.xml, eng.xml, fa.xml, fin.xml, fra.xml, glg.xml, hun.xml, ind.xml, ita.xml, kor.xml, ned.xml, por.xml, rus.xml, spa.xml, svk.xml, swe.xml

Resolved this bug in as many language packs as reasonably feasible
