Uninistaller does not uninstall correctly under windows 7

Description

he windows installer / uninstaller does not uninstall correctly under windows,

it removes the start menu entries, along with most of the program files,
however it doesn't remove the registry entries,

this means that ghost installations remain in the registry, that windows things
is still there, and using the control panel uninstallation is not feasible as
the requisite jar has been removed by the installer, uninstall process.
