Created folder for TestLangPacks. Created trunk, branches and tags. Made initial import.

Local Eclipse project got corrupted because of unknown reason. Had huge problems to get local project and SVN database into sync. Should be ok now.

Do not forget to add Apache License headers and assign the copyright to yourself.

Cleaned snapshot area. Left info for a while. Headers are coming after completing creation of this project. The project is the same as it was in snapshop area.
